MULTIPLE EMAIL ACCOUNTS
Only ONE email account can manage a single athlete. Each time an account request is made with a new email account, that account will replace the one on file.
SportsWare operates on your student's "official school name". Please do not input nicknames or edit after the sports medicine staff has corrected the name in the SportsWare system. If you feel there is an error, please contact the sports medicine staff.
There are common occurances of mis-spelling of names, please ensure your student's name is spelled correctly.
When uploading documents to SportsWare files must be formatted in .pdf . For more information on appropriate submition of documents follow the link below.
PROBLEMS CREATING AN ACCOUNT
A common problem we have noticed with creating a SportsWare account is a mis-spelled email address, please double check prior to requesting. If you do not recieve an email from SportsWare check your SPAM folder.
When your request is denied, you will recieve an email but there will be no explination. Typically it is due to a mis-spelling of a name. We have to be very strict with this initial stage because it will cause your student's profile to not properly merge with new information from you.
When you have completed and submitted a document through SportsWare it may be rejected for a number of factors, in all cases you will recieve an email. These are some of the main reasons why:
* Not explaining "yes" answers on the medical history page
* Inconsistent medical history from previous year
* Improperly scanned documents uploaded
* "Save & Submit" not signed under parent's name

New account requests are NOT processed 2pm - 8am Monday-Friday or over weekends/holidays
Please do not submit multiple requests
UNABLE TO SAVE & SUBMIT FORMS
The "Save & Submit" button does not become active until ALL RED BOXES are filled with information. If no information is necessary you must type "N/A" or "NONE"
What is the "School ID"?

Why is my students name changed from what I put in?
Why was something rejected?
STILL NEED HELP?
All documents, even if medical history is printed for the Dr, must be completed and submitted online using the "Save & Submit" button. Your student will not be "clear to participate" if these documents are not completed online. Please do not confuse this with manually uploading documents to your athletes profile. This process should be completed PRIOR to downloading and printing any form.
