
COVID-19 PROTOCOL INFORMATION

COVID-19 has been a source great stress for our community, the Cavalier Athletic Training staff understands the confusion surrounding those who test positive and what to do next. In an effort to provide clarity, below is some general information regarding the Conroe ISD protocol in coordination with the UIL/TEA guidelines for students returning to campus and returning to activity.

The UIL strongly recommends students who participate in UIL Marching Band and Athletics recieve specific medical clearance from a physician prior to returning to participation.

Parents may use our COVID-19 Clearance form to bring to the appointment with the physician to assist with clearing their student.

MY STUDENT TESTED POSITVE, NOW WHAT?
Parents must submit a Positive Self Report, notify their student's coach and the Athletic Trianing Staff. The self report will provide you with a date it is safe for your student to turn to campus as long as they are symptom and fever free for 24 hours.
